Overview
To celebrate Ducati debut in the single cylinder supermotard world, SC-Project created the first dual undertail version of the SC1-S, specific for the Hypermotard 698 Mono and in full compliance with Euro 5+ regulations. Manufactured using high quality carbon fibre, these mufflers enhance the agility of the italian Supermotard thanks to a sensible weight reduction, while upgrading the performance of the engine by a maximum 2.5 hp at 9700 rpm and 2.0 Nm of torque at 9700 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range. The research for perfection for this exhaust has been completed with SC-Project typical signature: the sound. The voice of the single cylinder engine will be emphasised by dark and growly tones in full compliance with Euro 5+ regulation. The elegance of the SC1-S muffler body combined with the sporty design and asymmetric rhomboidal shape of the end cap, is an outstanding balance in terms of design and dimensions. The kit includes two carbon fibre heat shields (for left and right side), designed to be perfectly integrated with the tail of the Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono. The silencer’s body is enriched by an exclusive aluminium plate with SC-Project logo, just like the exhaust systems of SC-Project Reparto Corse. Installation is 100% plug and play and ECU remapping is not necessary.
