TECHNICAL FEATURES:
Piston pin made of chromed nickel with the lowest friction coefficient: it features the DLC carbon treatment for racing and aircraft applications dedicated to the sliding and high wear components. It has a big internal pocket that contains the grease, inside of which there is a special spring that allows a constant grease distribution on the pin even during the hardest conditions of use. The inner of the rollers sliding surfaces has sustained a new polishing treatment to improve the sliding. The rollers have a coating made of a new mixture of nylon and aramidic fibers. Two series of rollers are included in the package, one of 12 gr and one of 14gr. CHOOSE YOUR DRIVING STYLE

ATTENTION!!! by assembling the Polini Variator – code 241.735 – on your Yamaha T-Max 530 I.E E4 2017 you will achieve a great power improvement. The performance increase may simplify the activation of the Traction Control system.
Who would like to avoid this situation has to disable this function every time you start the scooter (look at the Yamaha use and maintenance manual).
