Akrapovic Protection Bar Set (Titanium) CB-B13T1 for BMW R 1300 GS / ADVENTURE 2023 to present
This product is made of sandblasted 25 mm titanium tubes for lighter weight and improved corrosion resistance. It is approximately 40% lighter than comparable stainless-steel versions, but it still offers the same high-strength mechanical properties. It weighs 3.02 kg, making it one of the lightest protection bar sets on the market for the BMW R 1300 GS / R 1300 GS Adventure. Designed to protect the motorcycle’s engine, the structure is partially attached to the frame to distribute any impact. It is designed to integrate with the bike’s components and has been thoroughly evaluated through numerous tests and deformation analyses. Precisely engineered with Akrapovič’s attention to detail, this set of protective bars places no restrictions on lean angle and meets ABE type approval.
Carbon-fiber protective components, 2.5 mm thick, provide structural strength and allow the end user to replace these parts if they are damaged. It is precision TIG-welded and equipped with laser-cut and finely machined 10-mm flanges to ensure a perfect fit and strength. The set is finished with an engraved Akrapovič logo, with the word “Titanium” prominently displayed to highlight the use of this material. When installed, the protection bar set allows you to attach additional bags and fog lights or spotlights from BMW and other manufacturers to the bars.
This product fits the BMW R 1300 GS Adventure and is also compatible with BMW Option 719.
