2025 (LATE) – 2026 KTM 990/R RS22 Dual Underseat Slip-On Titanium dB-Compliant Exhaust System
The RS22 Underseat Slip-On was developed specifically for the 2026 KTM 990, delivering a significant increase in sound, presence, and visual impact while maintaining everyday usability. This system allows you to keep your stock headers in place, thereby maintaining the standard emissions controls and keeping the noise level down.
This is a twin-exit titanium system, engineered to fit neatly under the tail and complement the aggressive geometry. Lightweight and compact, the RS22 delivers a well-tuned exhaust note without compromising fit or rideability.
Tested and certified to meet UK dB standards and will be supplied with a certificate and a laser-etched eNumber on the silencer. This will help when riding in mainland Europe.
